In Houston Texas, an oil refinery belonging to one of the largest multinational energy companies is destroyed by a "backpack" nuclear device.

This is just one of many attacks against the same company around the world.

Taking responsibility for the destruction is a group that call themselves

G.A.M.M.A (Guerra Alliance de la Movimento Meio Ambiente), and their mission is simple - to end the oppression of poor nations by global corporations and government organisations who plunder the world's natural resources in the name of profit.

Enter Army Brigadier General Jason Richter, the head of Task force Talon, a special unit set up by the US National Security Advisor in order to track the terrorists and anticipate their next move. Richter believes there is only one strategy in which to snare his opponents - find, pursue, engage, and kill, and the only way to do this is to play them at their own game.

But are the enemy what they seem? Or are they part of something deadlier and more sinister than Richter could ever have imagined?
